Core ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Developing schedules to balance production lines, ensuring raw materials (fabric, trims) are available, and meeting daily or monthly output targets.Quality Assurance: Collaborating with quality teams to monitor cutting, sewing, and finishing processes so garments meet brand specifications and eliminate waste.Team Management: Supervising line supervisors, operators, and providing technical training to maximize production capacity.Technical Coordination: Overseeing pre-production samples, machinery allocation, and coordinating with merchandising and design teams.
