Paul Brothers is launching an upcoming flagship, ultra-luxury residential scheme overlooking Futala Lake. We are seeking a high-caliber, proactive Project Manager to lead site execution from start to finish.
As the primary anchor for this prestigious high-rise project, you will hold ultimate accountability for turning architectural vision into reality—managing contractors, guiding site engineers, and maintaining strict execution schedules without compromising on luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Leadership & Ownership: Act as the main point of responsibility on-site, driving end-to-end site execution and ensuring contractors deliver milestones on time and to exact specifications.
Consultant & Architect Coordination: Drive seamless communication and technical alignment between architects, structural consultants, MEP specialists, and site teams to resolve queries swiftly and maintain design intent.
Contractor Management: Oversee contractors firmly, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality control protocols, safety measures, and budget guidelines.
Team Supervision: Directly lead and mentor a team of site engineers, delegating daily tasks, monitoring execution performance, and ensuring site efficiency.
Structural & Finishing Precision: Maintain rigorous quality control across all stages—from heavy high-rise structural work to intricate, high-end interior and exterior finishing.
Foresight & Risk Management: Utilize strong technical foresight to anticipate potential bottlenecks, material lead-time issues, or structural challenges before they affect the project timeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager in high-rise residential construction (experience with luxury/premium developments is highly preferred).
Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of high-rise structural engineering, concrete technology, modern construction methodologies, and premium finishing work.
Strategic Foresight: Strong ability to plan ahead, read blueprints critically, and foresee execution challenges on a macro and micro level.
Leadership & Drive: Exceptional leadership, vendor management, and team delegation skills with a target-driven mindset.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
