Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent English communication skills to support our mortgage in New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, lenders, attorneys, title companies, and internal team members while assisting with loan processing and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video calls.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and conditions.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, insurance agents, and attorneys.
- Review and organize mortgage application documents.
- Prepare and maintain loan files and client records.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service, mortgage processing, real estate support, banking, or a related field.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours (EST).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with mortgage, real estate, or financial services is preferred.
