Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and hiring process.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll and HR administration.
- Support employee engagement and resolve basic HR queries.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes.
- 1–2 years of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
