The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the dermatology and skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in derma product sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to achieve business targets. This role involves market analysis, client acquisition, key account management, and close collaboration with internal teams to expand the company's market presence and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the dermatology and skincare market.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, product presentations, and sales pitches.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to execute business growth strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Identify new market segments, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
