IMIMS is looking for a dedicated and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver high-quality, classroom-based training to students preparing for international education and career opportunities in Germany.
Role Overview
As a German Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering structured, interactive, and result-oriented in-person training for students across CEFR levels (A1–C1), while guiding them towards success in globally recognized German language proficiency examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom-based German language training sessions
Train students in all core skills: Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking
Plan and deliver structured lessons aligned with CEFR levels (A1 to C1)
Prepare and utilize high-quality study materials, worksheets, and assignments
Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and performance evaluations
Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback
Guide students for Goethe, TELC, and other German language exams
Maintain attendance records and detailed performance reports
Create an engaging, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment
Candidate Profile
Proficiency in German language (B1 / B2 / C1 preferred)
Certification preferred (Goethe / TELC / or equivalent)
Prior experience in teaching or classroom training is highly desirable
Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
Ability to handle and engage student batches effectively
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development
