Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Networking
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
- Manage user accounts and IT assets
- Resolve IT support tickets efficiently
