Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing / Caretaker Trainer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring nursing assistants and caregivers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills required to provide quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for nursing and caretaker candidates.
- Teach patient care techniques, hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate proper caregiving practices and monitor trainees' progress.
- Assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with training standards and organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) or relevant healthcare qualification.
- Experience in nursing, caregiving, or healthcare training preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and mentor trainees.
- Passion for teaching and developing healthcare professionals.
