Front Desk Executive – Job Description:
A Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Provide information about the company's services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Handle basic office documentation and data entry tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and visitor information.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹12,815.16 - ₹17,592.39 per month
