Job Description
We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and the ability to generate leads, explain products or services, and close sales over the phone.
The candidate must be fluent in English, both spoken and written. Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer handling, and lead conversion is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and sales updates.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Positive attitude and professional phone manner.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
