Role Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound client calls professionally
Provide basic information and assistance to clients
Maintain positive client relationships and communication records
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client support
Follow professional communication standards during calls
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, and English
Professional attitude and confidence while speaking
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
