Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls
- Introduce and explain company services in a professional manner
- Identify potential client requirements and opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture client relationships
- Record client interactions and update lead information
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding client inquiries
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Strong English communication skills
- Good convincing and persuasion ability
- Confidence in handling client conversations
- Positive and energetic approach towards sales activities
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Prior telecalling or telemarketing experience is an advantage
