Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, social media promotions, lead generation activities, and performance marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max)
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Handle social media marketing and promotional campaigns
- Create audience targeting strategies, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing tools
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and campaign assets
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to improve campaign performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and performance marketing
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and related marketing tools
- Understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation strategies
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and performance metrics is a plus
- Good communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Experience in digital marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads is preferred
