About Istriwali
Istriwali is a fast-growing doorstep laundry, steam ironing, and dry-cleaning service. We are looking for energetic, honest, and customer-friendly Pickup & Delivery Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up laundry from customers' homes or offices.
- Deliver fresh, cleaned, and ironed clothes on time.
- Verify customer orders during pickup and delivery.
- Handle clothes with care and maintain service quality.
- Collect payments (if applicable) and update order status.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth daily deliveries.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th Pass (Preferred)
- Valid Driving License
- Two-wheeler with valid RC & Insurance (Preferred)
- Smartphone with internet access
- Good communication skills
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps
