Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our NBFC headquartered in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, networks, business applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows-based systems, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for NBFC software and other business applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, user accounts, and cloud-based applications.
- Monitor and maintain network devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, endpoint protection, and data security practices.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and ensure regular backup of recordings.
- Perform system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery support.
- Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for issue resolution and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
- Provide on-site and remote IT support as required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
- Experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of NBFC software and business application support.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with cloud-based software and services.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems and backup management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
