About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Lead to drive the architecture, development, and implementation of next-generation blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, smart contract architecture, protocol design, and guide a team of blockchain engineers in delivering scalable and secure decentralized applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead blockchain architecture and technical decision-making.
- Design and review smart contracts for security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop blockchain protocols and decentralized systems.
- Define Layer 1 and Layer 2 integration strategies.
- Lead cross-chain interoperability initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with blockchain security standards and auditing requirements.
- Mentor and guide blockchain development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
- Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar blockchain technologies.
- Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche, or other major blockchain ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, smart contracts, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155), and Web3 technologies.
- Experience with Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain security and smart contract auditing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading distributed remote teams.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Experience with ZK-Rollups, Optimistic Rollups, or other scaling solutions.
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and validator networks.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
