We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing)
Location: Remote
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for domestic staffing services and drive consistent revenue growth
- Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and account expansion
- Build and nurture strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and enterprise stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful candidate closures
- Gather client requirements, negotiate contracts, and ensure high client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven 3–5 years of experience in domestic staffing sales or business development
- Must have a few of their own POCs/client contacts to start with
- Strong existing client network and demonstrated account-handling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
