We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will assist clients with travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa guidance, holiday packages, and travel documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel consultancy or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and internet skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ticket booking systems is an advantage
- English speaking skills preferred
