- Job summary: * He / She will lead the strategic direction and execution of the pharmaceutical’s development portfolio, driving brand growth. Those who are specialized areas in Surgery, Gynaecology, Paediatrician is preferred.
- The position is reporting to CMD and the candidate will oversee the brand management product launches, market access and research as well as commercial strategy to maximize market share, brand equity and profitability..
- Key Responsibility Area: 1. Strategic planning & growth: Develop and execute comprehensive, long-range marketing plans to achieve annual targets for top-line and bottom-line P&L growth.
2. P & L ownership: Manage the annual budget, drive profitability, and achieve revenue targets.
3. Sales & Marketing Management: Oversee MR (Medical Representative) activities, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, and CME (Continuing Medical Education).
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations. Marketing materials and products comply with GMP and regulatory standards.
5 Team Leadership: Hire, Train and manage large field teams (RSMs, MRs) to achieve targets.
6. Brand & Portfolio Strategy: Oversee the lifecycle of the product portfolio, including new product development, launches, and revitalization of legacy brands.
7 Market Analysis & Insights: Monitor Industry trends, competitive landscape, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) insight market opportunities.
