Urgent Hiring – Vial Washing Operator – (Dry Injection Pharmaceutical Industry)
We are looking for a skilled Vial Washing Operator to operate and monitor vial washing machines used in pharmaceutical manufacturing while ensuring compliance with quality and GMP standards.

Experience: 2–5 years (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing preferred)
Location: Jhajjar, Haryana
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. or Relevant Technical Qualification
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor vial washing machines as per approved SOPs
- Ensure proper cleaning and washing of vials before the filling process
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine operational checks
- Monitor washing parameters and ensure consistent quality standards
- Maintain batch records, equipment logbooks, and production documentation
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of vial washing equipment
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Knowledge of vial washing operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality compliance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
