The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and sales of botanical extracts, herbal ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, or specialty chemicals, with a proven ability to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market botanical extracts, herbal extracts, phytochemicals, and natural ingredients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across various industries.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in:Pharmaceuticals / API,Nutraceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, Food & Beverage/ Herbal & Ayurvedic Products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the bio extracts industry
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage customer accounts.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- MBA in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing of botanical extracts, herbal ingredients, specialty chemicals, nutraceutical ingredients, or related products.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and ingredient markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver consistent financial results.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
- Ready to visit abroad for different trade shows.
Immediate Joiner is preferable.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
