Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor order-wise production progress and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Manufacturing Operations
- Oversee cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, folding, packing, and shipment preparation activities.
- Ensure smooth production flow with minimum bottlenecks.
- Monitor line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Control production losses, rejection rates, and material wastage.
Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor in-line and end-line quality inspections.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for quality defects.
- Support audits and customer inspections.
Team Management
- Lead supervisors, line in-charges, tailors, helpers, and production staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training requirements.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies.
- Develop a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Productivity Improvement
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and industrial engineering practices.
- Analyze production efficiency and establish improvement plans.
- Reduce cycle time and increase output per operator.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
