Job Title: Collections Officer
Location: Mumbai
Age: 28–40 Years
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage high-value collection cases and overdue accounts.
· Conduct field visits and negotiate payment settlements with customers.
· Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues as per company policies.
· Handle escalated collection cases professionally.
· Maintain collection reports and update recovery status regularly.
· Coordinate with internal teams for effective resolution of cases.
Requirements:
· Age: 28–40 years
· HSC / Graduate
· Minimum 2+ years of experience in collections/recovery.
· Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
· Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
· Ready for field work and local travel.
· Ability to handle pressure and achieve collection targets.
Preferred Candidate:
· Confident, aggressive, and result-oriented.
· Strong field collection experience.
· Capable of handling high-ticket and critical collection cases independently.
