Receptionist – Court Road Clinic, Palakkad Court Road Clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments. Welcome and assist patients at the reception desk. Maintain patient records and appointment registers. Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations. Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks.
Keep the reception area organized and ensure excellent patient service.
Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Tamil is an advantage). Basic computer knowledge. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Professional, polite, and patient-friendly attitude. Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred but not essential.
