Are you a strategic HR leader with strong expertise in ISO compliance, policy development, and organizational excellence?
Brysa is looking for an experienced HR Head to lead our people function and drive compliance, governance, and process excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy and operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 compliance activities
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure labor law and statutory compliance
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance records
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / Master's Degree in HR or Business Administration
- ISO Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, IT, or service industries is an advantage
