We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisal cycles.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve routine HR queries.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
