We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic professional to lead our brand's creative vision and content direction.
Open Position:
We are seeking an experienced Art Director who can lead and manage our creative team while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, content creators, photographers, and editors
- Develop and execute the visual identity and creative direction of the brand
- Oversee fashion campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and social media content
- Ensure consistency across all brand communication and marketing materials
- Drive creative storytelling across Instagram, website, email marketing, and digital channels
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align creative strategies with business goals
- Manage content planning and creative execution for performance-driven campaigns
- Oversee brand presence and content requirements for marketplaces and third-party platforms
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of fashion, branding, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects
- Deep knowledge of social media content, trends, and platform best practices
- Experience working with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa and Flipkart
- Strong creative judgment with an eye for aesthetics, photography, styling, and content production
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
