AI Tech Digi is hiring a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Ads to handle paid advertising campaigns and drive high-quality leads through digital platforms. The candidate should have practical experience in campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
- Drive lead generation and improve campaign efficiency
- Monitor campaign budgets, targeting, and ad performance
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools
- Stay updated with the latest trends in paid marketing
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Experience with audience targeting and retargeting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Prior agency experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are a plus
- Experience in handling performance-focused campaigns
