Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for the US market, with a strong understanding of technical hiring processes and sourcing strategies. This role requires expertise in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technology talent across various domains while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT and technical positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand and recruit for various technologies including Software Development, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, work authorization status, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and documentation requirements.
- Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and client expectations.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience while representing the company professionally.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of US recruitment processes and staffing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US work authorization categories such as US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, and TN Visa holders.
- Familiarity with technical roles and emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job boards.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources / PGDM in HR
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
