Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly confident, resilient, and persuasive Sales Opener to join our team in Vijayawada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for US-based small business owners, conducting outbound calls to identify clients struggling with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) debt. Your primary objective is to engage prospects, build immediate trust, and effectively convince them to join our debt settlement program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US small business owners.
* Identify businesses with MCA debts and articulate the financial risks of aggressive repayment structures.
* Overcome objections and gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers.
* Educate prospects on debt relief solutions and secure appointments for senior negotiators.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach and call outcomes in the CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication and active listening.
* Bold, confident, and highly persuasive phone demeanor.
* Outstanding resilience and positive attitude toward handling rejection.
* Strong empathy and patience when addressing financial challenges.
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different conversational styles.
* Proven experience in tele-sales, lead generation, or high-ticket outbound sales.
