Key Responsibilities:
- Handle driver queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Build strong relationships with drivers and improve engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Support driver retention and performance.
- Ensure timely communication of company policies and updates.
- Track and report driver-related issues and resolutions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
