Job Title: Laser Supervisor
Location: Lakshmi Polavaram(Ravulapalem)
Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Laser Supervisor to oversee laser machine operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain quality standards. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and be capable of handling documentation and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of laser machines
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate for maintenance if required
- Maintain quality standards and reduce errors/rework
- Handle basic documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with production and management teams
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on the shop floor
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of laser machine operations
- Working knowledge of:
- MS Excel (basic data entry and reports)
- MS Word (documentation)
- MS Paint (basic design/editing if required)
- Basic computer/system knowledge
- Good communication and supervision skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate / ITI / Diploma, any degree
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with basic knowledge can apply)
