Job Title: PCB Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled PCB Technician to support the design, assembly, testing, and repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with soldering, troubleshooting, and quality checks of electronic circuits to ensure high-performance and reliable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering, de-soldering, and assembly of through-hole and SMD components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Inspect and test PCBs using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools to identify faults and ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective PCBs, including replacement of faulty components and rework as required.
- Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards and industry guidelines.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of soldering stations, testing equipment, and tools.
- Adhere to production schedules while maintaining high standards of precision and reliability.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in PCB assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting.
- Strong hands-on skills in soldering both through-hole and surface-mount (SMD) components.
