Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and Indian labour laws, and be capable of building a professional and compliant HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified candidates from across India.
- Understand current salary market trends and recommend competitive salary offers.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Ensure compliance with State and Central Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
- Build and maintain a positive corporate culture and professional work environment.
- Manage employee attendance, leave administration, discipline, onboarding, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of State and Central Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment and salary benchmarking.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,527.75 - ₹54,542.44 per month
