Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Caretaker for our factory premises in Bhiwadi. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, security coordination, basic supervision, and day-to-day upkeep of the factory.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the factory premises on time
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the factory
- Supervise helpers, cleaners, and daily workers if required
- Monitor entry and exit of visitors and vehicles
- Coordinate with security staff and management
- Handle basic maintenance-related work and report issues
- Ensure proper arrangement of materials and stock areas
- Support staff in daily operational activities
- Maintain discipline and safety inside the premises
- Keep records of daily activities if required
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass
- Basic reading and writing knowledge
- Honest, responsible, and punctual
- Prior factory or warehouse experience preferred
- Candidate should be comfortable staying near the factory area
