* Design and develop new HVAC products (Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fan, HVLS Fans, etc.)
* Conduct product research, testing, and performance analysis
* Improve existing product efficiency, durability, and cost optimisation
* Prepare technical drawings, CAD models, and BOM (Bill of Materials)
* Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
* Perform prototype development and field testing
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
* Work on innovation, energy efficiency, and new technology integration
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
