Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses as assigned.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career development.
- Participate in curriculum development and outcome-based education initiatives.
- Undertake research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to funded projects.
- Assist in NAAC, IQAC, NIRF, and other institutional quality initiatives.
- Organise seminars, workshops, conferences, and student development activities.
- Perform examination and academic administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.
Essential Qualification
- Master's Degree in the relevant subjects
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET/SET/Ph.D.
- 4-5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Research experience will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Research aptitude.
- Student mentoring ability.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with ICT-enabled teaching.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
