We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Consultant / Senior Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-ticket selling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with CXO-level clients. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from sourcing leads to closing deals, with a focus on ticket sizes of 2.5 lakhs and above.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve high-ticket sales targets.
● Engage and build relationships with CXO-level clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
● Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations.
● Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
