We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative and office support tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations, maintain records, and provide support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatch schedules, and payments.
- Manage communication with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Track production status and update customers on delivery timelines.
- Handle office documentation, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with accountants regarding GST, invoices, and payment records.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and daily correspondence.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate day-to-day business activities.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer accounts.
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional attitude and appearance
