We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function of the organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic HR professional who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations while partnering with leadership to drive organizational growth. The selected candidate will function as the overall HR lead and will be responsible for building a strong people-centric culture and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and statutory requirements.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels.

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.

Manage workforce planning in coordination with business leaders.

Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Oversee onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities.

Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Manage HRMS and optimize HR processes.

Coordinate payroll processing with Finance/Accounts.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other applicable laws.

Handle audits, statutory documentation, and compliance reporting.

Drive the performance appraisal process.

Develop KPIs, KRAs, and performance improvement initiatives.

Support leadership in succession planning and talent development.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement.

Ensure implementation of company policies and code of conduct.

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Mentor managers on leadership and people management practices.

Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.

Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.

Advise leadership on organizational development, manpower planning, compensation, and employee engagement strategies.

Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational objectives.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
-
10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to end-to-end HR functions.

Experience leading HR for a growing organization.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Keka, Darwinbox, SAP, Zoho People, or similar).

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of any one local language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) will be an added advantage.
