- Diagnose and repair Desktop & Laptop hardware issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers and software.
- Handle RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, SMPS, processor and other hardware replacement/installation.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Install and configure printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and basic networking issues.
- Attend customer service calls and provide professional technical support.
- Prepare service reports and update job status after completing each visit.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Desktop & Laptop repair.
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Windows installation.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel for onsite field service.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / Hardware & Networking / Computer-related certification preferred.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
