Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build strong relationships with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Promote Sponsorship, and media solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Media Sales, Digital Advertising, or related industries.
- Experience in digital/media sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
