Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of baby retail products and accessories
- Identify and onboard new suppliers based on quality and pricing
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Create and manage purchase orders based on demand planning
- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams for stock allocation
- Maintain accurate product and vendor records in the system
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking
- Track supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
- Experience in retail, apparel, or FMCG industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory planning and stock management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
