We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR & Office Operations Executive who can manage HR responsibilities while also handling office administration and project-related coordination tasks.
This is not a traditional HR-only role. We need someone who is comfortable multitasking, managing day-to-day operations, supporting projects, and helping keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Coordinate payroll inputs and HR compliance tasks
Support employee engagement and communication activities
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and records
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare reports
Project Coordination
Assist in tracking project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare project documentation, presentations, and follow-ups
Support management with operational and project-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email tools
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience with HR software or attendance/payroll systems
Basic knowledge of project management tools
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
