Job Title : Customer Service Executive (YES Bank Process – Inbound)
Job Description :
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions for a banking process.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information on banking products and services.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction as per defined standards.
- Follow operational procedures and compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide clear and accurate banking-related information.
- Maintain call quality and service benchmarks.
- Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Salary (Monthly) :
- Freshers: ₹18,000 (In-hand)
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 (CTC) + Incentives
Eligibility :
- HSC / Graduates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Hindi communication with basic English required.
- Age limit: Up to 35 years.
