Job Overview
- Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | Department: Projects
- Reporting To: Head - Projects
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Experience: 12–15 years (Utility-Scale Solar, Transmission, or EPC preferred).
Role Summary
The single point of ownership for site execution from Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Commercial Operation Date (COD). Manages all civil, electrical, safety, quality, and commissioning functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end site operations, monitor master schedules, optimize resources, and drive milestone completion.
- Contractor Management: Oversee EPC contractors, evaluate progress claims, and enforce technical and contractual compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Drive a zero-fatality/zero-LTI culture and coordinate with government authorities, DISCOMs, and land stakeholders.
Key Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of utility-scale solar construction and grid synchronization.
- Strong contract management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Project and budget management.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
