Job Title: HR Executive Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, documentation, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports organizational growth by maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination).
- Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
- Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain healthy employee-employer relationships.
- Handle grievance management and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and events.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Track employee leaves and manage leave balances.
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding working hours and leaves.
4. Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate with finance for salary processing.
- Handle basic employee queries related to salary and deductions.
5. HR Documentation & Records
- Maintain employee files and records (digital & physical).
- Update HR databases (joining, exit, performance, etc.).
- Ensure all documents are complete and compliant.
6. Exit Formalities
- Handle resignation process and exit interviews.
- Complete full & final settlement coordination.
- Maintain exit records and documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
