Ltd. is hiring Associate Product Quality Engineers to support the quality, implementation, and customer success of our SaaS and enterprise software products. This is a multi-functional role that combines Software Testing, Product Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Client Interaction, Product Validation, and Implementation Support. The selected candidate will work closely with customers, developers, and product teams to ensure our software is reliable, user-friendly, and meets customer expectations. Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-first attitude. Eligibility Criteria • BE / B.Tech / MCA • Freshers, Interns, or 2025/2026 graduates • Good academic record with strong analytical and logical thinking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to work from the Bangalore office • Passion for software quality, customer support, and technology Required Technical Skills • Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC • Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts • Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing • Test Case preparation and execution • Defect Life Cycle • Basic SQL knowledge • Basic understanding of APIs and JSON • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation • Basic networking concepts are an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities • Perform manual testing of web, mobile, desktop, and SaaS applications. • Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test plans. • Identify, document, reproduce, and track software defects. • Verify bug fixes before production deployment. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Handle customer queries through phone, email, online meetings, and remote support sessions. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and reproduce customer-reported issues. • Differentiate between software defects, configuration issues, and user-related problems. • Coordinate with the development team to resolve defects and technical issues. • Validate fixes before communicating resolutions to customers. • Assist in product implementation, configuration, deployment, onboarding, and user training. • Maintain QA documentation, support tickets, defect logs, and daily activity reports. • Ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards. • Participate in product demonstrations, feature validation, and release verification. • Use AI tools to improve testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and overall productivity. • Continuously learn new technologies, products, and business processes. Client Interaction • Communicate professionally with customers during support and implementation activities. • Understand customer requirements and gather feedback for product improvement. • Provide regular updates on issue status and resolution timelines. • Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely support. • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
