Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of purchase, sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and generate invoices, bills, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
- Update and manage entries in Busy Software and/or Zoho Books on a daily basis.
- Track payments, receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.
- Perform data entry related to purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfers, and inventory movements.
- Reconcile invoices and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth operational flow.
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, vouchers, and other business documents.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and operational reports using MS Excel.
- Assist in month-end documentation, stock reconciliation, and reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all backend operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Back Office, Accounts, Billing, or Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Distribution industries is preferred.
Required SkillsMandatory
- Hands-on experience with Busy Software or Zoho.
- Good knowledge of billing, invoicing, purchase entries, and sales entries.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, filters, sorting, etc.).
- Good typing speed with excellent data accuracy.
- Knowledge of documentation and record management.
- Basic understanding of GST documentation and accounting processes.
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Exposure to inventory and warehouse management processes.
