Job Summary
The Solution Architect (DFS) plays a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise IT landscape by defining solution architecture that aligns with business requirements and established standards. This position entails a strategic focus on optimizing application portfolios and ensuring that architectural solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements. The architect will lead initiatives that drive innovation and maintain alignment with the future state of the organizationâs technology framework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Domain It Landscape Assessments And Perform Application Portfolio Optimization Using Project Execution Methodologies To Identify Gaps And Recommend Improvements.
2. Develop And Document Comprehensive Solution And Architectural Views, Including Logical, Conceptual, Development, Execution, And Infrastructure Architectures, Ensuring Alignment With Enterprise Standards.
3. Analyze And Define System Requirements In Collaboration With Stakeholders To Address Portfolio Concerns And Align With Business Objectives.
4. Manage The Adaptation Of Non-Functional Requirements (Nfrs) Within The Solution Architecture To Enhance Performance, Security, And Scalability.
5. Stay Abreast Of New And Emerging Products And Technologies, Facilitating Knowledge Upgrades And Integration Into Architectural Practices.
6. Author White Papers And Technical Documentation To Contribute To The OrganizationâS Knowledge Base, Sharing Insights And Best Practices In Solution Architecture.
Skill Requirements
1. Expert Proficiency In Project Executive Methodologies And Domain Management Optimization (Dmo).
2. Strong Understanding Of Solution Architecture Frameworks And Best Practices.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Application Portfolio Management And Optimization Techniques.
